3-5 yrs. Experience in supporting the onsite support requirements for laptops, desktops, data room devices, VIP support
Provide Level 2 triage and resolutions such as password resets and account unlock for reported incidents and requests.
Providing Apple, Windows device support IMACD & Deskside troubleshooting and Breakfix coordination with the OEMs, disposal support coordination
Providing smartphone assistance
Support Devices through use of Intune, Admin Portals and Remote Support Tools.
Assist users with set up of EUC devices & provide troubleshooting assistance if needed.
Assisting with troubleshooting issues using remote management software.
Using problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical issues.
Testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing computer error messages and failures.
Escalate issues to next level support if needed
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:
Experience troubleshooting Desktop hardware and associated peripherals.
Working knowledge of Apple, Windows, Desktop and Mobile Device hardware and software.
Strong experience of Windows 11 troubleshooting and deployment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Email, OneDrive, Teams, AVD
Strong experience working with Intune - Autopilot, Software Deployment and Packaging
Experience with Service Now
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues.
Strong communication skills
Experience in VIP support
Experience working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to multitask well
Autopilot & Intune based Automated device provisioning
Troubleshooting the errors occurred during image Deployment or Autopilot provisioning
Strictly follow the process defined by Customer for OS imaging, software deployment
Perform test on the newly build laptop/desktop before handing it to Customer's user
