Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong construction background to oversee daily site operations. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage orders and deliveries of construction materials. Assisting to organise staff work schedules and ensure is adhered to and maintained during the lifecycle of the project.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate all construction site activities, workers, and subcontractors.
* Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
* Monitor work progress, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
* Enforce health and safety regulations on-site and promote a safe working environment.
* Conduct daily site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
* Manage site documentation including reports, progress updates, permits, and incident logs.
* Order and monitor use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
* Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to site teams.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes, company policies, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong background in building, civil, or infrastructure construction.
* Knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety standards, and regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office.
* SSSTS/SMSTS certificate
* Must hold a CSCS card
* Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or local equivalent) are an advantage.
* Knowledge on CDM Software (SimPro)
* Full Clean driving license
