The role
Cityscape Recruitment is looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our U.S.A division, based out of our head office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who wants to earn serious money, step into leadership, and play a key role in building out our U.S. business.
You will operate as a true 360 recruiter, focused on the U.S. construction market—developing new client relationships, managing live mandates, and delivering top-tier candidates across white-collar construction roles.
Alongside your billing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to build, lead, and shape your own team, taking ownership of hiring, coaching, training, and mentoring junior consultants. This is a clear pathway into a senior leadership position within a growing international business.

Requirements
* Willing to work U.S.-aligned hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (Mon–Wed) and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Thurs–Fri)
* Minimum 3+ years’ 360 recruitment experience within either U.S. Construction, U.S. Renewables, or U.K. Construction
* Proven billing track record of £180,000+ (U.K. market) or $300,000+ (U.S. market)
* Strong business development experience, with a track record of winning and developing client relationships
* Confident in sourcing candidates through CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Experience in marketing your own desk/niche, particularly through LinkedIn and personal branding
* Highly driven, competitive, and always looking to improve performance and earnings
