As a Style Advisor, you will dedicate your passion and confidence to delivering a personalised and unforgettable experience for every customer. Alongside being a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for curating styles and looks that leave clients with a sense of fulfilment and confidence.
The Role:
* Providing exceptional standards of customer service, surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
* Acting as an ambassador at all times and reflecting the brand image.
* Building a reputable client book.
* Developing detailed product knowledge.
* Dealing with and resolving customer complaints, developing solutions and demonstrating initiative.
* Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.
* Ensuring merchandise presentation reflects VM and general store standards.
* Striving to achieve KPIs to increase store performance.
About You:
* Experience within a fashion retail role
* Sales driven, exceeding personal targets
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude and a team player
* Professional appearance and conduct
* Versatile and willing to learn
* Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
* Fluent English
* Additional languages beneficial
