As a Nursing Home Manager, you will:
Manage the overall operations of a 70 bedded Nursing home
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and exceed expectations.
Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently.
Market the home to the community
Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, external professionals, and stakeholders.Package and Benefits:

Proven experience in a management role within a nursing home.
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
Evidence of past CQC inspections (Good or Outstanding)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills.
