The Integrated Respiratory team supports patients within the community and this role is key in administratively supporting the clinicians.
The successful applicant will be highly organised, IT literate and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment. This job is offered as a permanent role at 15 hpw and the service requires this to be worked over 5 weekdays, Monday to Friday.Main duties of the jobThe postholder will provide a high-quality administration support to the Respiratory clinicians and service. - Working within the open plan office the administrator will relay messages, support with triage of referrals and inputting to a range of IT patient systems.
- Managing incoming queries and referrals through email, phone, MS Teams and electronic patient systems.- Point of access to patients, users and multi-disciplinary colleagues.- Support with employment relations documentation and management of personnel files.- Stock ordering of routine and patient specific supplies.
