We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Procurement Manager (Procurement Specialist Buyer) to join one of the world's leading property management firms in a newly created role focused on the procurement of Soft FM services, including:
* Cleaning Services
* Catering Services
* Waste Management
* Security Services
* Other Facilities Management Service Contracts
About the Role
Based in a prestigious Manchester office, you will play a key role within a large and strategic procurement function, supporting procurement and supplier management activities across a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing procurement activities across Soft FM categories
* Running tender and sourcing exercises
* Obtaining competitive pricing and negotiating supplier contracts
* Supporting supplier performance and relationship management
* Working closely with Procurement Managers, internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Delivering value, efficiency and high service standards across the property portfolio
