Position: MEH Area Planner Location: 2 Days Office / 3 days hybrid Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Salary: Competitive We are currently seeking an experienced MEH Area Planner to join our dynamic award winning team at Cooper Moss Rutland. You will support planning across Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC scopes within complex infrastructure programmes. As an MEH Area Planner, you will ensure planning outputs across your area are integrated, accurate and aligned, supporting delivery across multiple disciplines. The Role • Lead planning across MEH scopes, ensuring full integration across all technical disciplines • Develop and maintain programmes that accurately reflect complex delivery sequencing • Ensure all dependencies, constraints and interfaces are clearly defined and managed • Provide visibility on progress, risk and performance across MEH workstreams • Drive improvements in planning quality, structure and outputs Key Responsibilities • Build and manage MEH schedules within Primavera P6 • Coordinate planning inputs across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and controls teams • Analyse progress data and identify risks or delays to programme delivery • Support production of reporting outputs for stakeholders and delivery teams • Manage contractor interfaces to ensure alignment with overall programme What we’re looking for • Strong coordination skills across multiple technical disciplines • Structured and logical approach to planning • Ability to manage complex interfaces and dependencies • Commercial awareness of delivery pressures • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Experience & Skills • MEH planning experience within infrastructure or major projects • Strong Primavera P6 capability • Experience working across integrated project teams • Understanding of engineering and construction delivery processes • Relevant technical or engineering background At CMR we have a strong culture driven by our 9 Core Principles.
