Job Description:
Stanton House is partnering with a global market-leading business based in Central London, seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple work streams, particularly in C2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), and P2P (Procure to Pay). The role primarily focuses on R2R and C2C processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leverage expertise in C2C, R2R, and P2P to drive process improvements.
2. Utilize PeopleSoft knowledge to enhance program methodology.
3. Conduct workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand and optimise processes.
4. Collaborate with the PMO and business analyst teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years experience in process analysis or related fields.
2. Strong cross work stream knowledge, especially in R2R and C2C.
3. Proficiency in PeopleSoft and program methodology.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Ability to conduct workshops and understand complex processes.
