Lead and coordinate high-quality delivery of English and Maths
Manage and support a team of lecturers and support staff
Ensure excellent teaching, assessment, and student achievement
Track learner progress and oversee verification and compliance
Contribute to curriculum design and innovation
Promote high expectations, positive behaviour, and learner morale
Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to raise standards🎓 What We're Looking For:
A relevant degree and a Level 5 teaching qualification
Strong FE/secondary teaching experience with proven learner outcomes
Leadership ability or the desire to step into a career-propelling role
