The role:
As a Production Planner, you will help drive our goals by:
•Analysingproduction and demand data to create andmaintaineffective production schedules
• Managing the Master Production Schedule in collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Projects
•Monitoringmaterial flow through the supply chain to ensure customer requirements are met
•Identifyingrisks, constraints and opportunities, escalating issues and supporting resolution
• Managing inventory levels, includingidentifyingslow-moving stock and driving improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the S&OP process and improve planning accuracy
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data andidentifytrends
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Goodorganisationaland planning skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to build strong working relationships across functions
• Problem-solving mindset with a structured approach
• Interest in supply chain systems and willingness to learn new tools and processes
