Role Overview As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders Loading and unloading deliveries Sorting, scanning, and moving stock Operating warehouse equipment (full training provided) Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Meeting productivity and quality targets Working as part of a supportive team What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual individuals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Flexibility with shifts, including weekends Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
