A Fantastic Opportunity: Customer Care Coordinator The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship. As Customer Liaison Officer you are responsible for acting as the company's representation to our customers, providing effective and efficient communication between the customer and our office teams. The Customer Liaison Officer will be responsible for building strong rapport with customers by being open, honest, and transparent. You will play an integral part in the team proactively managing our customers needs and expectations, sometimes acting as the first point of contact for any delivery issues that may arise and working to provide a satisfactory resolution. You will respond to reinstatement queries and assist the delivery manager in the resolution of escalated customer complaints. You will also undertake site visits prior to work starting and assist design with cable identifications and customer visits. What we're looking for: We re looking for someone with experience working in a civils or similar operational environment, who thrives in a customerfacing role and confidently collaborates with delivery partners. You ll bring knowledge of the New Roads & Street Works Act (NRSWA) and an understanding of public and private reinstatement across a variety of materials. Strong relationshipbuilding skills, effective facetoface liaison, and the ability to manage customer dissatisfaction with professionalism are key to success in this role. You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator, proficient in MS Office, and hold a full UK driving licence. What we re offering We value your expertise.
