The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop.
Responsibilities
* Help customers by listening, answering questions and giving great advice on our products; recommend items they hadn't considered or offer a basket – small actions that make a difference.
* Know and promote in‑store offers and schemes – the more information we give our customers the better.
* Maintain smooth store operations – ensure correct product display on the shop floor, provide excellent service at the tills, and assist with stock in back rooms.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver a great shopping experience and keep the store clean, presentable and pride‑worthy.
Qualifications and Essential Skills
* Full training, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service, will be provided.
* Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
* Communicate and listen effectively.
* Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
* Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
* Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help our customers find the best products for them.

* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service (not essential).
