What you’ll be doing As our Applications Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping our core business applications running smoothly and helping us introduce new ones as we deliver our multi‑year Technology Roadmap. You’ll be trusted to: * Support the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and performance of key NCHA applications and systems. * Configure and tune applications to ensure databases, servers and internet services run efficiently. * Assist with implementing new applications and contribute to the selection and configuration of end‑user hardware and software. * Monitor applications to ensure accurate data capture and compliance with Technology Services policies. * Log, investigate and resolve incidents and requests, liaising with external suppliers where needed. * Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes and procedures. * Work with the Service Desk Trainer to deliver training on new and existing applications. * Provide occasional cover for the Technology Service Desk. * You’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative team where your ideas and suggestions will help shape how we work. Working hours This is a full time Monday to Friday role, with flexibility to work from our head office and from home. Occasional out‑of‑hours work to support system changes or project activity will be needed. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short work‑related test before interview.
