What You'll Be Doing Winning new freight forwarding business across air, sea, or road freight Selling multimodal logistics solutions to importers, exporters, and supply chain clients Developing long-term commercial relationships with customers Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding Building and managing your own sales pipeline Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery What We're Looking For Proven business development experience in freight forwarding Knowledge of air, sea, or road freight (multimodal experience advantageous) A strong track record of winning new business Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills Self-motivated and capable of managing your own client portfolio Strong communication and relationship-building ability Package £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary Uncapped commission structure Ongoing commission on every client you onboard All business expenses covered Hybrid working from Hayes or remote working available Opportunity to join a growing international freight forwarder
