We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join us and play a key-part of the Kitchen team. This position is a permanent and full-time position, working a minimum of 40 hours a week. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential. On-site staff accommodation is available for a subsidised rate in a purpose build staff accommodation building.

The Chef de Partie will support the Senior Chefs in the daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. Working alongside other senior chefs to assist the Executive Head Chef in leading the culinary department and creating an engaging and supportive working environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will run a controlled and smooth kitchen service to deliver quality food and a luxury experience to our guests
You will display passion for the culinary world and inspire and lead the team
You will proactively contribute to new ideas by creating and developing new seasonal dishes for our menus
You will ensure that the kitchen consistently excel in the service and product that is delivered
Ensure high standard of cleanliness and food safety & hygiene always maintained.
Work as part of the kitchen team, communicating well with others to always ensure the smooth operation of services
Have full awareness of all menu items for the section of the kitchen allocated
Maintain a can-do and problem-solving attitude with a fantastic eye for detail and precision

You have previous experience as a Commis Chef minimum 3 years, working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven, culinary team

You are a strong team player and enjoy leading a team
Proven Experience/Qualifications:
Proven experience 3+ years within the luxury hospitality industry required
