Agronomist
Field Based Agronomist – Southwest England – Basic Salary Circa £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits Package
The Job:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced or early career Agronomist to join a forward thinking agricultural organisation committed to sustainable and innovative crop production.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing technical agronomic advice to growers
- Supporting crop health and protection, and optimising yield performance across the region
- Maintaining strong client relationships, working closely with the wider technical and commercial teams.

The Candidate:
- BASIS and FACTS qualified (or working towards)
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field
- Experience advising on arable and/or horticultural crops
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Passionate about supporting sustainable agriculture
- Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
- Basic Salary to circa £55,000 (DOE)

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
