Your new role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Assistant Manager to join our dynamic audit team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality audit services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
2. Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
3. Review and evaluate financial statements and audit documentation.
4. Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
5. Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations.
8. Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and industry regulations.
9. Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the audit practice.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or similar role within a top-tier accountancy practice.
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is required.
