Job Description
Our client, a well-established employer of choice, is recruiting an HR Coordinator to join their team. The role involves supporting the recruitment process, issuing employment contracts, managing employee induction and probation periods, overseeing employee welfare programs, and handling HR queries. Additional responsibilities include developing employee communication, reviewing HR policies, representing HR in cross-functional teams, managing HR KPIs, and performing related duties as assigned.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR role
* Attained CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
* Good knowledge of employment law and HR practices
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
