An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator within our Customer Solutions Department in Haydock.
This will involve providing administrative support, handling incoming calls, accurate completion of paperwork including post and effectively assisting in all aspects of the administration.
The role will report directly into the Resolution Manager and working closely with internal and external customers across all areas to continually review/enhance all Compliance and Processes to increase sales and growth and customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Make recommendations for new and existing processes to be implemented or reviewed
* Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes, when required
* Strong customer relationships across all contact areas
* Ensure all audits and assessments are compliant in relation to business and contractual legislation across Speedy Solutions.
* Meet and exceed the expectations of customers through the delivery of service and excellence.
* Create a collaborative sharing workforce ensure optimal use and to meet both customer requirements and business demands.
* Understanding and practical knowledge of all working practices (on hires, off hires, cross rentals, breakdowns, back on hires, loss, damage, etc)
* Manage and develop a shared and up to date compliance policies.
* Personal responsibility for continuous development by actively participating in the ongoing training programme
* Other duties as required
Person Specification
* Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
* Capable of developing strong customer and supplier relationships
* Committed and target/action focused.
* Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation.
