Our Guinness packaging facilities in Runcorn produces canned,?bottled?and kegged product for Ireland, UK and export?markets. It is an 18 Acre site?with?2 Bottling, 2 Canning lines and 1 Kegging production line. Our team has an outstanding passion for what they do, and, due to growth, we are looking for a number of driven and diligent individuals to bring their own unique contributions to the team. As Production Operator within our packaging team in Runcorn,?you'll?play a pivotal role in ensuring that operations are carried out to the highest standard and in adherence to Diageo's health and safety, environmental and food safety standards,? Key responsibilities: Performingoperational tasks, support continuous improvement, and apply autonomous maintenance and quality skills.? Operating?bottling line machinery following standard operating procedures.? Reduce setup times and perform autonomous maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and resolving issues.? Conducting effective shift handovers. Holds strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to communicate with all levels across the site.? Able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. Shifts? This role involves working a 42-hour week on a continental day/night shift pattern, which includes two weekend shifts per month. You'll be contracted to a suite of flexible shift patterns, and your working hours will adjust according to the pattern you're assigned. Depending on business needs, you may work either: 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 rotation, or 8-hour shifts on a 24/5 three-shift rotation. Working with us?
