One of Dubai’s leading design studios—renowned for delivering design-led, large-scale mixed-use projects across the Middle East—is looking to appoint talented Project & Senior Architects to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to relocate to Dubai and work on high-profile projects in a collaborative and creatively driven environment.
The practice has a strong presence in the UAE and is currently working on a diverse portfolio including residential towers, commercial developments, hospitality, and large-scale mixed-use schemes. The studio operates across all stages of design, from concept and competitions through to detailed and schematic design, and selectively through delivery.
You’ll work closely with the design directors and associate team, contributing to early-stage design, competitions, and detailed and schematic design stages. Leadership responsibilities are available for ambitious candidates. Youll be working alongside an elite team of design architects and in a creative capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to refine management and leadership skills while remaining hands-on with design. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with studio leaders and gain insight into the development and growth of a high-performing design studio.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the design directors and associate team across all design stages.
* Lead or support early-stage concepts and design development.
* Contribute to design competitions and develop high-quality project outputs.
* Take ownership of deliverables and timelines.
* Communicate design intent clearly through Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
Requirements
* ARB-accredited architect with 6+ years post-Part III experience.
* Demonstrated experience in concept and detailed design stages.
* Experience on large-scale international projects, particularly within the EMEA region, is highly desirable.
* Proficient in Rhino, with working knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
