Following the exciting development of our largest London hotels booking process and recent expansion, we are now seeking a Group Reservations Executive to join our newly formed team.
Working on behalf of multiple hotels within our collection, you will join a small but ambitious team focused on responding to and converting group reservations enquiries.
You will bring the following skills to ensure conversion success and a profit-driven approach:
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentquick response times are key
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering industry-leading customer servicetaking the time to understand client requirements, including engaging with them over the phone whenever possible
A proven sales drive, demonstrated through your conversion achievements
A can do attitude, with creative solutions offered for potential opportunities

Previous experience with Delphi and/or Opera Cloud would be advantageous.
