Castell Howell Foods is Wales’ leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for a Fishmonger/Filleter based at Celtic Coast Fish Company, Pontyclun.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Fishmonger/Filleter to join our team. You will be required to fillet all types of fish according to customer requirements. Maintain a clean and organised workspace and adhere to health and safety standards and company policies.
Previous experience is required along with excellent knife skills. You must have the ability to work efficiently and accurately, and be a team player.
