Working with established companies in your local area, you will be able to gain experience with a variety of national and local providers. Supporting residential homes with 1-4 service users. We are in need of candidates who have a keen interest in supporting homes on an ongoing bases. We need staff who have experience with young people with trauma, learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and non-verbal behaviours. A proven record of successfully creating homely & comforting environments has allowed the homes to gain outstanding from their inspections.
