Overview
Senior Sales Representative / Outside Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative is required to join a global OEM of engineering products to the Construction industry in Houston.
The Senior Sales Representative / Outside Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative will have a sales background and experience selling engineering products to the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities
* Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities in target markets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and rental partners
* Conduct on-site customer visits, equipment walk-throughs, and application assessments
* Develop territory growth strategies and meet/exceed sales targets
* Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, contract negotiation, and closing
* Collaborate with internal teams on project requirements, logistics, and technical support
* Represent the company at trade shows, customer demos, and industry events
* Provide product training and support to customers and partners as needed
* Prepare detailed sales forecasts and activity reports for management review
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging project opportunities
* Up to 30% travel
Requirements
* Experience in selling engineering products to the construction industry is beneficial.
* Experience selling to Oil Refineries, Power Plants and Contractors is beneficial.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada; occasional travel to Germany
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with technical products
* Preferably resides in Houston, or a nearby area.
