What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leadership & Strategy – Inspire and manage a team of 7 direct reports and oversee a workforce of around 240 people.
* Financial & Contract Management – Ensure all contractual terms are met while optimising profitability and achieving financial targets.
* Operational Excellence – Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
* Client Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and satisfaction.
* Growth & Development – Identify opportunities to enhance and expand service offerings.
* Continuous Improvement – Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven leader with senior management experience.
* A results-driven professional with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
* Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets with a customer-first mindset.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to shifting business priorities.
* Facilities management, including waste management.
* Soft services, particularly catering and hospitality.
* FM accreditation (IWFM) or working towards certification.
