You'll help keep operations running smoothly, motivate the team during busy periods, and ensure every customer receives great service.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Support, guide, and motivate team members during shifts.Shift Supervision: Assist with running shifts, ensuring smooth service and strong teamwork.Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, efficient service and handle customer queries confidently.Standards & Compliance: Ensure food safety, hygiene, and brand standards are followed at all times.Operational Support: Help with opening and closing duties, stock checks, and day-to-day tasks.HSE: Promote a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in hospitality, or retail.
