What Youll Do
* Deliver high:quality teaching across the Schools SEN provision
* Actively contribute to School development planning and self:review processes
* Offer expert guidance and support to colleagues and support staff
* Identify and recommend appropriate resources and learning materials
* Lead professional development initiatives around SEN best practices
* Uphold and represent the Schools values in every aspect of teaching and leadership
What Were Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent with evidence of CPD
* In:depth understanding of SEN teaching frameworks and curriculum adaptation
* Experience working within a multi:disciplinary team
* A track record of mentoring and coaching classroom support staff
* Strong planning, assessment, and data tracking skills
* Experience supporting students with ASD, communication difficulties, or behavioural needs
