Job Summary:
The Senior Programme Manager role is pivotal for the transformation and migration of our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Workday, towards a more Cloud-centric model. This role involves guiding, managing, and driving the transition, necessitating close collaboration with high-level stakeholders, HR leadership, and service providers. The successful candidate will be proficient in handling organizational design, system, or process enhancement, with emphasis on Cloud, SaaS products, and API strategies. Deep knowledge of Workday, strong program management, communication, leadership, and delegation skills are essential.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager or similar role.
* Experience managing the transition to a Cloud-centric model and SaaS products.
* Deep understanding of Workday, a leading HCM system.
* Experience with rollouts of Workday modules (HCM, HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll).
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage large-scale transformation programs and lead change management.
* Experience participating in steering committees, change boards, and governance panels.
* Proficient in working with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in international HRIS transformation in private and public sectors is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
* Experience defining and implementing technical deployments, including integrations, data migration, testing, transition strategies, and support teams.
* Deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem and Cloud adaptation.
* Experience with Workday modules and features.
* Knowledge of API strategies and development.
* Ability to handle data migration issues during enhancements.
* Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting in Workday.
* Understanding of maintaining workflows and integrations during changes.
* Experience moving towards product-aligned teams.
* Ability to implement HR system changes, especially transitioning to Workday.
* Stakeholder management expertise in HR technology transformation.
* Proficiency in methodologies for HR transformation programs, focusing on Cloud strategies.
* Experience developing strategies and roadmaps for HR tech improvements, focusing on SaaS and Cloud.
* Ability to identify and implement Workday enhancements.
* Proven track record in prioritizing enhancements considering business needs.
* Experience using Workday enhancements to drive value or efficiency, focusing on Cloud and SaaS.
* Involving stakeholders in decision-making for Workday enhancements related to Cloud solutions.
