About The Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories. Every day will be different, so you can expect work that is as varied as it is rewarding. Tasks may include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and giving one-to-one time. This role offers meaningful use of your skills and career development.
