CNC Setter
Double Days A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Engineeringdepartment with the appointment of a CNC Setter.
Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire,the CNC Setter will be responsible for: Support production on a daily basis.
Competent in running CNCs and all aspects of the machine performance, fault finding and diagnostics.
Maintain hydraulic fixture operation, clamping repeatability and machining position to casting.
Monitor part quality, adjust offsets and improve process capability.
Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant The successful candidate should have a minimum of an Apprenticeship or formal qualification and proven experience in CNC machine setting.
