The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive repair site specialising in fleet rental vehicles. You’ll be responsible for performance, profitability, people leadership, and delivering a consistently high standard of repair and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Full operational management of the bodyshop, including productivity, quality, cost control, and KPIs Leading, motivating, and developing a multi-skilled team Managing high-volume fleet and rental repair workflows to strict SLAs Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer, BSI, and group standards Driving continuous improvement and operational innovation Maintaining strong relationships with fleet partners and internal stakeholders Upholding health & safety, compliance, and best practice at all times Delivering outstanding results with honesty, transparency, and integrity About You Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up) Strong background in fleet / rental or high-volume repair environments Commercially minded with a track record of hitting KPIs and improving performance Confident people leader who builds trust and accountability Organised, decisive, and calm under pressure Passionate about quality, efficiency, and doing things the right way Why Join Komoo & Steer Automotive Group?
