We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Perimeter Security Solutions Are you a confident sales professional with a strong technical background in gates, barriers, and perimeter security systems ? We’re an established and growing perimeter security company based in the North West, delivering end-to-end installation and servicing of vehicle barriers, road blockers, bollards, gates, turnstiles, and fencing. As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Role: You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of perimeter security solutions to commercial end-users such as retail, hospitals, schools, and government buildings across the UK. You’ll generate and manage your own pipeline, from cold calls to closing deals, and carry out detailed site surveys to design the best solutions for each customer. What You’ll Need: Proven success in technical sales within the perimeter security industry Strong knowledge of automated gates, barriers, bollards, and access control systems Experience selling both installations and service contracts A proactive, self-motivated approach and confidence in cold calling Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What’s on Offer: Up to £50,000 basic salary commission Company car fuel card Phone, laptop, and pension 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) UK-based, remote role
