Key Responsibilities Source and place Associate and Partner-level candidates in top US law firms. Build and maintain relationships with law firm partners and lateral recruitment teams. Drive business development by securing new clients and nurturing existing ones. Conduct high-level calls and meetings with senior legal professionals, showcasing professionalism and market expertise. Collaborate with our team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and uphold our reputation. What We’re Looking For Essential : Proven track record of placements at Associate and/or Partner level in top US law firms. Extensive legal recruitment experience with deep US market knowledge. Skills : Exceptional communication and gravitas to engage senior law firm partners. Strong business development skills to generate and maintain client relationships. Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment. Preferred : Familiarity with key US legal markets (New York, Washington D.C., Texas, Miami).
