We’re looking for a Manager to join our Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) team, supporting clients through the critical stages of M&A transactions. You’ll work with a collaborative group of specialists, providing strategic advice on price structuring, completion accounts, locked box mechanisms, and post-deal disputes.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead workstreams on mid-sized engagements and contribute to larger, complex deals.
* Advise on SPA terms including completion accounts, locked box, and earn-out provisions.
* Support vendors with Locked Box papers and post-completion reviews.
* Build and sustain client relationships, contributing to business growth.
* Mentor team members and drive practice development initiatives.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
* Experience in M&A, transaction services, or financial due diligence.
* ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
* Deep understanding of SPA mechanisms and deal structuring.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in high-performing teams.
