PRODUCTION MANAGER
We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a PRODUCTION MANAGER
A Kings Award winning business, have a need for a Production Manager to ensure products are manufactured to the correct quality and Health and Safety guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
9. Oversee the daily operations of the plant in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
10. Monitor and analyse manufacturing performance, providing monthly statistical reports to senior leadership.
11. Ensure the production plan is met, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or delays.
12. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive operational improvements.
13. Manage and support production supervisors while providing guidance to indirect reports.
14. Serve as a key point of contact for production-related queries and problem-solving.
15. Champion health and safety compliance, ensuring all guidelines are strictly followed.
16. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
17. Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines.
18. Oversee quality incidents, ensuring timely review and implementation of corrective actions.
19. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager or Directors.
REQUIREMENTS
20. Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
21. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise processes.
22. A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
23. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
24. NEBOSH or IOSH qualified ideally
25. You will have gained your experience from within manufacturing or chemicals
26. Must have previous management of direct reports previously
