Responsibilities
* Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations
* Review arcade and machine performances
* Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
* High standards are maintained throughout the site
* Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customers
* Ensure a good working environment for your team
* Motivating, training and developing your team
* Respond to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner
Person Specification
* Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
* Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
* Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
* Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
* Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
* Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
* Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
* Have reliable transportation
* Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
* Experience in amusement games at supervisor level
* Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
* You will be self-directed and highly motivated
* Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
* Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
