Management Accountant Our high growth client in the tech consultancy and advisory industry are looking for a new Management Accountant to join their growing team in London. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this position is perfect for a part qualified Accountant to expand their financial experience in a fast-moving company. Key responsibilities: Preparation of monthly financial statements including the P&L and balance sheets Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the group Management of the Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) functions, including the calculation of client fees/revenues and preparation and submission of all customer invoices on a monthly basis Reporting of accruals and prepayments Monthly payroll proceessing for group companies and preparing journals Depreciation calculations for all tangible and non-tangible assets Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns for all group companies Assisting with group cash flow forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis Assisting with the year end audit process Additional ad-hoc duties and requirements The ideal candidate will be at the start of their studies or part qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with strong accounting experience and an ability to assist in the management accounts process as well as the wider finance function. The candidate should be proactive and versatile, offering solutions and process improvement suggestions, whilst also delivering on all essential tasks.
