Social Worker – Safeguarding Team in Liverpool, earning up to £42 hourly. What you will do
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective safeguarding plans for children and families in need of support.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to child protection and family strengthening.
* Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and making informed decisions to safeguard children at risk.
* Prepare and present reports for court proceedings, showcasing your strong court skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Engage with families and children to build trust, help facilitate change, and improve outcomes through effective communication and intervention strategies.
