The Successful Applicant

Have hands-on experience with Rippling, including system implementation and migration (ADP to Rippling experience is a major plus)

Possess strong payroll processing skills with excellent attention to detail
*
Be highly tech-savvy and comfortable navigating HR systems and tools
*
Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
*
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with shifting priorities
