Job Title: SHE Advisor

Role Overview
We are currently seeking a SHE Advisor to support regional health, safety and environmental improvements for one of our growing clients in Redditch The role provides expert guidance, conducts audits and investigations, and promotes a positive HSEQ culture across all sites and departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide competent HSEQ advice to site teams and management.
* Maintain and update safety policies, procedures and accreditation requirements.
* Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments, recommending improvements.
* Investigate incidents and implement preventative actions.
* Support development of RAMS, CPPs and COSHH documentation.
* Liaise with clients, regulators and stakeholders on SHE matters.
* Drive continual improvement and ensure compliance with legislation.
* Assist pre-construction teams with upcoming project requirements.
* Maintain competency records and support training activities.
* Mentor trainee Health & Safety Advisors.
Person Specification
* NEBOSH or Level 6 NVQ in Health & Safety
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
* GDPR awareness; strong MS Office skills
* Experience in audits, inspections and incident investigations
* Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Community-focused, committed service, quality-driven
* Forward-thinking with an interest in innovation and sustainability
