Role:
1. Responsibility for answering requisition queries and actioning and requisition issues
2. Providing updates to the procurement catalogue, including price changes on products across different category areas
3. Deal with invoice queries and metric changes across the catalogue
4. Act as the key point of the ‘first stage’ of the procurement process at the Trust and producing documentation to present to Category Managers
The Person:
5. Knowledge and experience of working within a Procurement team in the Public or Private Sector
6. Experience of e financial systems or invoicing systems
7. Strong administrative and MS office packages experience
