I am recruiting for a small-mid sized consultancy with offices in 5 UK locations. In each office, the team shares all of its clients equally, and you have access to the full breadth of work including trustee consulting, corporate advisiry and pension risk transfer. They don't have specialist teams who in theory could take up much of the more interesting projects. Everyone works on everything, in an incredibly collaborative environment.
