Are you a qualified Level 3 Nursery TA with a passion for early years education? Three R’s Teacher Recruitment are working with schools and nurseries across Maidstone to find caring and enthusiastic support staff to join their teams.

With supply work offering both flexibility and variety, you can tailor your schedule to suit your lifestyle while supporting nurseries and schools with essential classroom assistance.
Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS framework
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging activities and resources
* Provide care and guidance to support children’s emotional, social, and educational needs
* Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
* Work with small groups or 1:1 to encourage progress and confidence
Requirements
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification
* Recent experience working with children in EYFS/Nursery settings
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
