Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated, well-organised, and hardworking individual who can work well as part of a team, be confident dealing with customers & suppliers and have previous experience as an administrator. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team ensuring processes & procedures are adhered to and high standards upheld.

This role sits within the Fleet department and reports directly to the Operations Director. The role operates in close collaboration with the Fleet remarketing & Hiredesk functions as well as acting as general support to all other departments.

The role includes but is not limited to:

* General Invoicing, raising, receiving and providing purchase orders.
* Administration of fines, toll and traffic contraventions.
* Maintaining accurate and organised documentation.
* Taxation and insuring of the fleet
* General Office Admin
* Developing Policies and Procedures.

Experience

· Fully understand company policies and procedures.

· Have excellent administration (Microsoft Office: Excel & Outlook), organisation and time management skills.

· Have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

· Have exception attention to detail.

· Be an effective team player & communicator.

· Experience working within a fleet or vehicle dealership setting is preferable but not essential.

Job Offering

Salary: £26,984.10

Contract: Full Time

Hours: Permanent, full time 42.5 hours per week between 8.30am – 5.30pm

Holidays: 25 + Bank Holidays

Reporting to: Operations Director
