As a Commercial Development Lead, your role is to lead OEB trading agenda, increase OEB sales from banners trading plans, supporting OEB price attractiveness and visibility in-stores, and online strategic priorities.
What's the job?
* Measuring and reporting OEB trading performance: assessing OEB trading “baseline” in partnership with banners trading teams (share of OEB in trading plans, sales value associated to it). From the baseline, setting an ambition for the next 3 years.
* Managing O&S – banners annual trading alignment and planning cycle: creating a simple and agile trading annual alignment cycle with banners trading and O&S category teams to provide greater visibility and improve OEB relevancy in banners plans.
* Consolidating a OEB annual trading plan: and updating O&S board on a regular base.
* Managing O&S – Banners trading forums: with Category CTMs and Banners Trading representatives. Sharing best practices, performance and O&S trading plan. Leverage the scale of the Group through “Group Promo Plan”.
* Liaising with O&S matrix functions: content, digital, sourcing, finance… to provide visibility on OEB trading plan and align on the functional support required.
The scope includes : promo activities (as defined in banners trading plans), cross merchandising, reporting for BATS 2.0 (BATS = Banners Access To Sourcing).
