We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities
* Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient comfort.
* Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and medical histories.
* Provide support to patients by answering their questions and addressing any concerns regarding their treatment.
* Ensure the dental surgery is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
* Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care processes and enhance overall service delivery.
* Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies to provide informed support to the team.
Requirements
* Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or experience in a similar role.
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
* Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy environment.
* IT skills for maintaining electronic patient records and utilising practice management software.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
