Job Role: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Derby
Pay: £30K + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Shift: Days / 37.5 hrs per week
Contract: 12 MFTC

Sales Support Coordinator opportunity

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating complex processes? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a dynamic vehicle hire business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a vital role supporting the delivery of new business, from tender applications and vehicle pricing to order management and final handover.

Sales Support Coordinator duties

* Coordinate tender responses and maintain an up-to-date bid data library
* Identify and qualify relevant opportunities through framework portals
* Support the development of a prospect database and assist the sales team
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless order management
* Process supplier purchase orders and monitor vehicle build progress
* Ensure systems are accurately updated with build timelines and specifications
* Build strong working relationships with supply chain partners
* Oversee supplier invoice payments and ensure accurate system onboarding of new assets
* Ensure compliance with legal documentation and warranty/contract parameters
* Provide regular reporting on build progress and support customer care tasks
* Maintain high standards in governance and compliance throughout all processes

Sales Support Coordinator experience required
* Previous experience in a sales support or supplier coordination role
* Knowledge of HGV and/or LCV products is essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong planning, multitasking and organisational abilities
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Adaptable with a proactive and flexible approach to workloads
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
